Aviation operators who have experienced a reportable incident or a major loss often emerge with a new understanding of insurance coverage. Frequently this results in a value appreciation for coverages beyond the hull, and new expectations for their brokers and underwriters going forward. While these consumers are beginning to ask deeper questions about their coverages, insurance producers are responding with additional policy endorsements and benefits.
