In module one we explored development of your Pandemic Operations Plan or how to refine your existing plan. Building on this theme in module two, attendees will explore people vs process, coexistence of safety and service, and managing difficult conversations to ensure compliance.
The information contained in this virtual workshop will bring insights to enhance your Pandemic Operations Plan, introduce the concept of “one-pageness” to regain the balance of high customer service with evolving safety standards while ensuring compliant operations.
This virtual workshop is facilitated by Fireside’s Don Chupp (President & CEO), and ServiceElement's Bob Hobbi (President & CEO) and Lisa Archambeau (VP, Facilitator and Strategist). The workshop will conclude with a live Q/A session hosted by Don Chupp.
