Educational Tabletop

The Educational Tabletop exercise is a methodical, scenario‐based discussion focused on solutions to enhance the crisis decision-making skills of core executives and significantly advance the customer’s emergency preparedness. During a tabletop exercise, the team will learn how to execute the company's Emergency Response Plan. Participants include anyone responsible for response management such as your Aviation Director or Corporate Crisis Management Lead, Scheduler/Dispatcher, Investigation/On-site Team (pilot team, maintenance team), Communications/PR (internal/external), and Human Resources.

Live Exercises

Our Live Exercises allow your company to demonstrate your plan in action. Live  Exercises are designed to provide our clients with controlled and realistic scenario-based experiences covering the first hours of a response. Participants will review the delegation of roles and responsibilities, communication processes, prioritizing tasks, family assistance, and on-site resources and investigation.

Participants include anyone responsible for response management such as the Aviation Director or Corporate Crisis Management Lead, Scheduler/Dispatcher, Investigation/On-site Team (pilot team, maintenance team), Communications/PR (internal/external), and Human Resources. External role players will reenact government, local authorities, family members, press and others so you can be sure you are testing your entire plan. Your ERP team will walk away with a full debrief and a comprehensive after-action report.

Notification and Family Assistance

As a participant in our Notification and Family Assistance training you will explore current concepts of centralized crisis event management and learn how the process sets the stage for effective notification and family assistance. You will test a simulated post-accident notification using Fireside’s Four Phase Notification Process™ and prepare to conduct family assistance interactions with Fireside's trained role players and professional response team. From the first contact with families through the return home of everyone involved, this training is a key component of an effective Emergency Response Program. Post training, Fireside will provide a full debrief and operational analysis.
